This collection of whimsical hand-painted pottery pieces is made by Emerson Creek Pottery in Bedford, Virginia.
The painting on the small mug and the porridge bowl features The Mount Vernon Mansion with blue sky above it and a cherry tree in the foreground. The plate is painted with the Mansion, several cherry trees, and George and Martha Washington facing their beloved home. A thin green rim has been added to the bowl and plate.   

The plate is 7 ½” in diameter, the bowl is 5 ½” and 1” deep and the mug, is 3” tall and 2 ½” in diameter.

With sizes just right for small hands, this pottery makes a wonderful gift, individually or as a three piece set.
