Circular saucer with a plain rim and rounded sides on a shallow foot ring. The saucer is decorated in underglaze cobalt blue enamel and overglaze gilt. Around the sides of the well is a continuous band of thin, vertically-oriented, blue leaves outlined in gilt. A wide gilded band encircles the interior rim and a narrow gilded band frames the center of the well.
