Small square of laid paper with embossed black coat-of-arms, consisting of a crest and escutcheon, printed at center and pasted to a larger rectangular clipping of laid paper; escutcheon emblazoned with a lion's head (couped) at center, two open diamonds in chief, and a single open diamond in base; crest consists of a lion's head (couped) issuing from a wreath.

Laid paper envelope, slit open at the top and inscribed on front in script in black ink, "Dandridge Coat of Arms".
