Pear-shaped, pearlware caster with a domed, pierced top, a flat collar, and a circular pedestal foot. An impressed, underglazed blue painted, ribbed, scalloped border runs around the waist. The top is painted with underglaze blue stripes that radiate out from the center and extend slightly down the sides. A thin, underglaze blue line outlines the top edge of the foot. The underside of the foot is pierced with a circular hole. Nearly white body with a clear glaze having a blue cast.
