Explore the Estate with an 18th Century Character

An actor portraying a person who lived at Mount Vernon during Washington's time will guide you across the estate as they show you what a day in their life at Mount Vernon was like during this 60-minute tour. 

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Please allow at least 10-15 minutes to walk from the main entrance to the tour’s starting point at the Mansion Circle.
