Special Requirements:
- Position requires standing/walking for long periods of time, entering dark, dusty and close spaces, using solvents, lubricants, adhesives and other hazardous materials, and exposure to all weather conditions
- Weekend and holiday work required
- Position is classified as essential and requires participation in all emergencies, ice and snow removal and special events
- Provide tier 1 desktop and application support to employees in person, online, phone and via email
- Maintain accurate records of issue(s) and their resolution
- Coordinate with tier 2 and above to effectively resolve issues
- Manage inventory of ready-to-deploy laptops and desktops
- Support and troubleshoot smartphones and other connected devices
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software deployed to employees
- Assist in moving employee equipment, furniture and other items as necessary
- Assist with partner meetings or other special events
- Maintain all conference room/shared workstations
- Coordinate maintenance for all printer/copiers
- Coordinate with outside vendors for support/repairs
- Available “on-call” to provide coverage for support issues
- Other duties as required
Working for the Director of Retail's fast-paced office, individual will manage a wide range of administrative details and duties, as well as working with various vendors.
