Ingredients

  • 8 ripe tomatoes
  • 1(14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 jar pickled mushrooms
  • Sauce
  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • Directions

    Scoop out tomatoes. Stuff with artichoke hearts and pickled mushrooms. Fill with sauce. Serve on lettuce. Sauce Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, curry, pinch of salt, dash of pepper, lemon juice and grated onion.

    Serves 8
