Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup ground ham
  • 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Directions

    Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs and milk. Form into 12 to 16 large balls and place in a 1 ½-quart flat casserole. Combine sugar, mustard, vinegar and water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over ham balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
