Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 pound American cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • Directions

    Combine rice, cheese, melted butter chopped onion, parsley and seaso ings. Beat egg yolks and mix with milk; combine with rice mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold whites into rice mixture. Bake in buttered casserole in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

    Serves 6 to 8
