Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Directions

    Put all ingredients in double boiler and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is Consistency of custard. Chill and serve with ham. Can be reheat1 in double boiler, stirring to prevent curdling.

    Yeild: 1 1/2 cups
