Ingredients

  • 6 tea bags
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Juice of 2 lemon (1/3 cup)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Directions

    Steep 6 tea bags in boiling water for 10 minutes. Put lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher and add hot tea. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add 6 cups of cold water or the equivalent of cold water and ice cubes. Serve the glasses filled with ice and a sprig of mint.

    Serves 8 to 10
