Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • Directions

    Put first 5 ingredients in double boiler. Stir. When hot, slowly add the beaten yolks, beating constantly until it thickens. Serve with baked ham or baked ham slice.

    Yield: 1 1/2 Cups
