Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) gelatin dessert, lemon flavored
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish (one 4-ounce jar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Directions

    Dissolve gelatin dessert in hot water. Chill until ready to set but watch it so you can stir thoroughly. Fold in mayonnaise, horseradish and salt. Then fold in whipped cream. Chill. This can be chilled in a large or individual molds. Serve with roast beef.

    Serves 8
