  • Swordfish steak
  • 1 small can V-8 juice
  • 1 small can grapefruit juice
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or to taste
  • Small amount oil
  • Basil or oregano to taste
  • Directions

    Marinate fish in above ingredients in refrigerator for 4 hours or more. Broil or barbecue on a grill for 5 minutes on each side.
