Ingredients

  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans consomme
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar lumpfish roe
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced chives
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons curry powder to taste
  • Directions

    Blend together in processor until smooth the consomme, softened cream cheese, and curry powder. Pour into individual ramekins and refrigerate covered with plastic wrap. Just before serving, garnish with roe and/or chives.

    Serves 8
