Ingredients

  • 2 pounds asparagus
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Directions

    Cut asparagus into diagonal pieces. Place in a colander and lower into boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Toss into a heavy skillet in which you have melted the butter. Toss and season with salt, peper and a drop of soy sauce.

    Serves 6 to 8
