Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dash white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ACCENT Flavor Enhancer
  • 1 cup cooked chopped broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 springs parsley
  • 1/2 cup celery leaves
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Directions

    Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender except paprika. When well blended, heat in double boiler 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occa sionally. Ladle soup into cups and sprinkie with paprika.

    Serves 4
