Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon fines herbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove stems from mushrooms and dry well. Combine other ingredients. Arrange mushrooms, cavity side up, in a shallow baking pan, dot with butter and pour the cream mixture over top. Bake 20 minutes or until tender.

    Serves 6 to 8
