HOW TO SAVE FILES TO DISK

PC Users
  1. Do not click on the icon
  2. Right click on the document title link.
  3. Select: "Save Link As, Save Target As" or "Download Link to Disk."
  4. Select location (ex. Desktop) where you would like to save the file, then click "Save."
Mac Users
  1. Do not click on the icon
  2. Click and hold on the document title link.
  3. Select: "Save Link As, Save Target As" or "Download Link to Disk."
  4. If prompted save file as "Source" not Text.
  5. Select location (ex. Desktop) where you would like to save the file, then click "Save."
