When you place an order, you will receive an email shortly after your payment is processed online. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call Customer Service.
Order Status or Cancellations:
To check the status of your order or to cancel an order, please call Customer Service.
If you receive a damaged item, please immediately contact Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 703-799-8691.
Please do not discard damaged merchandise, or the original shipping materials.
The Shops will handle the return for you. UPS may need to inspect the damaged merchandise in its original shipping box. You will not be charged return shipping or any additional shipping charges for damaged shipments.
If you receive an incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service by email at email@example.com or by phone at 703-799-8691. We will correct your order. You will not be charged for return shipping or additional shipping charges for incorrect shipments.
Returning a Gift:
If you received a gift that you wish to return for a refund, it may only be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. We will gladly exchange items received as gifts, or provide Shops store credit to you. As with all returns and exchanges, these must be done within 90 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Please note: Shipping and Handling charges on gifts are non-refundable. Gift Wrap charges, special orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of personalized items. Please follow instructions carefully when personalizing an item, or call Customer Service at 703-799-8691 for assistance.
Back Ordered Items:
Occasionally, an item ordered online may be placed on back order. We will contact you with approximate date of shipment of your order. You may cancel your purchase at any time by contacting Customer Service.
